Cork painting

When we moved to yet another apartment in Ramat Gan, there were a few things the landlord left us telling we can get rid of it if we want. One of them was a painting I didn't particulary like. So I decided to cover it with corks (most of them generously donated to me by an alcoholic friend 🤣).

When I started gluing them to the picture though, I realized that they weren't enough. So I cut them to halves or thirds, but they still were just enough to cover only the painting's frame.

Anyone who looked at the final result said it was looking like it was intended to be like this, so I just left the picture center uncovered.

Overall, it became one of my favorite decor pieces in our house at that time.
